一見すると無縁に見える“中国で起こる砂漠化”と“日本”。しかし実は日本が食物や服を中国から輸入することで同時に水を輸入し水不足や砂漠化を引き起こしている。水不足や砂漠化に悩む中国では生態移民政策が実施され、遊牧や放牧が禁止された。4000年以上続いた伝統的な暮らしが今途絶えようとしている。そんな時、砂漠化を防止するべく遊緑民が立ち上がる。
At first glance, “desertification in China” and “Japan” may seem unrelated. However, by importing food and clothing from China, Japan is also virtually importing water, contributing to water shortages and desertification in China.
In China, where people struggle with water scarcity and desertification, ecological migration policies have been implemented, and traditional nomadic grazing has been prohibited.
A way of life that has continued for more than 4,000 years is now on the verge of disappearing.
At this critical moment, the nomadic people rise up to prevent the spread of desertification.
